Shipping Help

Enter the shipping destination zip code. Then click on the calendar icon or the Enter Key or Tab key to open the delivery commitment calendar page.

The delivery calendar will overlay this Product Display Page. It is very important that the zip code you enter on this page is accurate. Delivery commitments and available delivery options are based on it.

Once the delivery date and shipping options have been selected click on the "Submit" button and the delivery calendar will close and you will be returned to this page and the Delivery Date and Shipping Method fields will be filled in for you.

To make any changes to the Delivery Date or Shipping Services selected just click on the Delivery Calendar icon again and make the necessary changes.

Once you are satisfied with your selections you are ready to tell us where to ship your product. Click on "Add to Cart" to continue.
